GENERAL INFORMATION
As Fenza Karavan, we aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level and to respect the private life of our customers. For this reason, we have prepared this Clarification Text in order to inform our customers within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As Fenza Karavan, when we communicate with our customers, we act sensitively about the use of personal data received from our customers. As a company, we collect and process personal data of our customers such as name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, Turkish ID number and transaction history.
Personal data of our customers; It is processed for the purposes of contract process, product / service sales, service provision, customer satisfaction measurement, campaign information, market research, product / service development and announcement of innovations to customers. Your personal data is processed in a limited and measured manner in line with the above-mentioned purposes.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
As Fenza Karavan, we share the personal data of our customers with the relevant parties in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. These persons are public institutions, private law legal entities requested to fulfill our legal obligations, and our business partners that we have contracted to provide services to our customers.

The storage of your personal data is in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. As a company, we take all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access to our customers' personal data and take all necessary measures to ensure data security.

Within the scope of KVKK, we provide the following rights to our customers:

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
Request deletion or destruction of your personal data,

CHANGES As a company, we reserve the right to make changes in the KVKK clarification text. Therefore, when there is any change in the KVKK disclosure text, our customers will be informed accordingly.
